occasional trip to places like Rio where he enjoyed fine wines with dinner. Then he got a call about running a new company-California Fine Wines. Over
the next 20 years he asked thousands of questions of three different wine makers who became his mentors. He spent countless days sampling wines all
over California. He learned the subtleties of aroma and taste that make it possible to sample a wine and determine its quality. Don brings that
expertise to Zanotto's to help us provide the finest in wine selection. Don brings to Zanotto's a comprehensive knowledge of wine and food
