Kimber met Dan in high school. Two things came from that -she married Dan and went to work in the store on Hedding. They won't tell you the sequence. As she learned the business, her interests turned to finding the best foods from around the world. She is constantly in search of new recipes as she travels extensively and does research. Her kitchen has become the Zanotto's laboratory affectionately. Although she will not toot her own horn as Dan says often, she is our resident "foodie" on behalf of the Zanotto's customers. Dan says "she has a passion for locating the best foods in the world. We don't carry Molinari Salami and Daniello Prosciutto because it's good. We carry it because Kimber determined it was the best you can find anywhere in the world".
