Swiss Cheese Chicken: (Serves 6)
INGREDIENTS:
6 skinless chicken breasts |
6 slices Swiss cheese |
2 cans Cream of Chicken |
1/2 can half & half |
1 package seasoned croutons |
2 cubes melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
Cut chicken in half and place in oiled casserole pan.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. In separate
bowl mix 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup with a 1/2 can of half &
half and then pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle 1
package of seasoned croutons and pour 2 cubes of melted
butter over the top. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 60 minutes.
