Troy became part of the Zanott's extended family when he joined the store at 16. He started in the Deli, moved to Produce, became a Manager, and then a Store Manager. He currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for our store. Teaming with Dan Zanotto's to build and manage the Downtown Market was an opportunity he could not resist. "There is so much to running a grocery store, but it all comes back to the customer experience and providing what they need on a daily basis. I still walk the store and assist customers with their shopping to hear the pulse of what is going on in our store. We have 40 years of success and excellence including the same recipes that have made us known around the country. We still do things in the traditonal way. Fresh and personal is what our customers have come to expect".
