Starting out in a small institutional kitchen in 1967, Silva Sausage began providing traditional, quality sausages to Bay Area communities.  Using only fresh, not frozen meat and select spices and ingredients, the Silva Sausage Co. quickly gained a loyal customer following. Today our customer base is a little larger, but we still adhere to the same principles this family business started with: quality ingredients = quality products. Zanotto’s teamed with Silva Sausage for the obvious reasons—quality, tradition and freshness. The fact that their sausage tastes great was an added bonus.
